President & Representative DirectorHiro Motoki

Since joining the Deloitte Tohmatsu Group in 1992, Mr. Motoki was involved in information systems development, strategy formulation, and environmental management. In April 2001, he became Head of Consulting at E-Square, where he has supported major companies across diverse industries in developing and implementing strategies, communications, and internal engagement related to CSR, sustainability, environmental management, and Creating Shared Value (CSV). He has served as President and Representative Director of E-Square since October 2011. From 2005 to 2015, he was also a part-time lecturer at the Graduate School of Environmental Studies, Tohoku University, and a frequent speaker on CSR, ESG, and environmental issues.

Chief Executive Officer & Representative DirectorKen Oikawa

Mr. Oikawa began his career in 1979 at a Japanese life insurance company, where he was involved in overseas investment, product development, marketing, and the establishment of a non-life insurance subsidiary. After joining E-Square in February 2005, he launched the company’s carbon offset business, supported the overseas expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises, and established initiatives for ESG engagement and disclosure. He currently leads E-Square’s ESG strategy and disclosure consulting business, providing advisory services to major companies across a wide range of industries.

DirectorKenichi Tamura

Mr. Tamura joined the Deloitte Tohmatsu Group in 2005, where he worked on CSR strategy, environmental management, and management consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises. After joining E-Square in 2010, he worked on CSR and sustainability initiatives, supporting clients in strategy development, information disclosure, and internal engagement. Appointed Director in 2015, he has led projects related to overseas expansion and business development, assisting medium- and small-sized enterprises in utilizing public funds, developing human resources, and launching new businesses. In recent years, he has continued to focus on supporting overseas business expansion for SMEs and has been an active speaker on sustainability and global business development.
