(4) Joint use
Our company may jointly use personal information with Carbon Offset Japan.

1. Items of personal data jointly used: Information obtained in accordance with item 2 above.
2. Scope of joint users and responsible company: Our company (joint use responsible company) and the Japan Carbon Offset Japan. For specific inquiries, please refer to item 6 below.
3. Purpose of joint use: Same as the purposes described in item 3 above.
   In this case, we will take necessary measures as stipulated by relevant laws.

Our company respects the rights of individuals regarding their personal information and will respond to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc., in accordance with the provisions of the law.
